The mission of the Communications and Marketing Committee (CMC) is to ensure that effective communications between the organization and the membership is established and maintained.

	IFPUG Vendor booth marketing.
	Communication with members.
	Oversight and publication of MetricViews
	Bulletin Board management and monitoring
	Development of marketing material as needed

Instructions on who to email the request to as well as what is required are included in each request form. Here are some items to check before submitting your request: Did I send along all accompanying documentation or downloads? Did I double check with my committee team members and committee director as required that all documentation to be uploaded to the website is a FINAL, publishable version? Did I indicate if the E-blast was dependent on a web update? Did I also send the completed web update request form? Did I specify any key dates or deadlines to be highlighted in the E-blast? Did I rename the file “Web Update Request Form_Name of Web Update” or “Eblast Request Form_Name of Eblast”? Did I submit my form in time to allow for at least two business days to process the request? Downloads / Reports / Other Items For web updates, please complete the Web Update Request Form.
