MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE

Mission
The mission of the Membership Committee is to act as the voice of the membership. The Membership Committee is charged with enhancing the member’s experience, enhancing membership value and increasing membership.

Primary / Current Activities

	Review membership categories and pricing to reflect value.
	Define organization sponsorship opportunities.
	Increase total membership.
	Recommend alignment of benefits to support membership goals.
	Increase customer satisfaction.
	Member perspective on communications (such as dues, CFPS, translation, expiration, etc.).
	Focus areas include: Retention, Recruitment (including volunteers), Recognition.
	Investigate membership data automation.
	Travel on IFPUG’s behalf to facilitate membership growth upon approval of the BoD.
