Rita Brungardt
1957 - 2002

On August 18, 2002, IFPUG lost an active member with the passing of Rita Brungardt.

Rita, a long time member of IFPUG, joined the Communications and Marketing committee in 2001, after serving on the KCQAA Board of Directors for 7 years. During her short tenure with the CMC Rita provided tremendous enthusiasm and a positive can do attitude. Some of her many accomplishments for IFPUG include:

	Creating the procedures to be used for the MetricViews publications.
	Authoring several press releases on behalf of IFPUG.
	Coordinating the publication of the Summer 2002 MetricViews
	Moderating of the IFPUG Bulletin Board

Rita's contagious smile and zeal for life will be missed by those who had the privilege to know her. Our sympathy goes out to her husband Darren.
