Hi,

I am practicing Total Metrices 2000 question paper(Which is available in their site). They also provides answers (but not explanation) so there are two EI authorize VSL Details and Mod Authorized SL deatils. For that they have given 19DET and 3 FTR. Does anybody know how. when it is authorized VPA-Schedule-Number is not entering or exiting the boundary then it should be 18 DET. also in modification Code and Vesssel code can be refenced so it should be 5 FTR. Has anybody solved this then can you prvide explnation for this

Hello Ketan,

It appears there are the two EI, one for create/authorize a record and one for modify a record. There is also a view record EQ

The Vessel sail log requirement at page 3 only shows 16 DET, plus the two for action and messages, but the screen print shows 17, including the VPA Schedule Number. It had to have crossed the boundary if it shows on the screen. I would go with the screen.

I searched for modification code, and am not sure what you are referring to. Do you mean the increment in the log version number? If so, that is not anything separate.

I am not sure what you mean by vessel code either. The things on the screen that are drop downs are potentially EQs, but the files they reference are not FTRs for the transactions where the drop downs are embedded. Also, anything with the word code may well be code data, and not countable as a logical file type or FTR.

Hope this helps,

Steve
