Hi Everyone, I concerned with SW Dev. and Maintnance Budget(Cost) Estimation Method. thus I reserching SW Dev. and Maintnace Budget Method all over the World now. now in Korea used SW Cost model likes Dollers/FP. I think this model very similar to SouthernScope MOdel in AUS. I want to research that Cost(Budget) Estimation Method for Govenment Ordering SW Dev. or Maintenance Project.(USA, Brasil, Easten Europe, India, Japan, Etc) | ||

SW Project Budget have to counting using "SW Project Cost Standard(all projects regally performed outsourced Project)" that consist of 4 Parts in Korea Govenment . it's regal standard. 1) SW Development Cost esimation standard - Cost = FP * Unit Price/FP * some kinds of non-functional evaluation factor(similar to IFPUG 14 GSC) 2) SW Maintnance Cost estimation standard - now operational system Maintenance Cost= currently operational system total size(FP) * Unit Price/FP * some kinds of non-functional evaluation factor * Maintenance impactor(between 10% and 15%) 3) Operation cost estimation standard - operational effort(man-months) * cost/man-month per skill level 4) Redevlopment Cost esimation standard - similar to Reuse Model in COCOMO 2000(refer to cocomo 2000) |
