Li, The changes in CPM 4.2 are detailed in Appendix B. In 50 words or less I would say the differences are: 1. Restructing of the CPM into four parts 2. Incorporating Counting Practices Committee white papers/addendums (Code Data, Logical Files, Shared Data, Enhancement Projects, Maintenance Activity). 3. Alignment with ISO/IEC 14143-1. 4.
