Fabrizio Di Cola, New Chair for the IFPUG Non-Functional Sizing Standards Committee

IFPUG is happy to announce that Fabrizio Di Cola has been named as the new Chair for the Non-Functional Sizing Standards Committee (NFSSC).

Fabrizio Di Cola is a member of the NFSSC since 2020. He works at Sogei S.p.a. (the information technology company 100% owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance that operates on the basis of the in-house providing organizational model). After being an IT and Software architect for 10 years, he now has the role of project manager in the company’s PMO and deals with software metrics by coordinating methodological experiments in the company, managing the competence center and delivering training in this field within the company. He has been a speaker at several conferences, both in GUFPI-ISMA and IFPUG  conferences, including some CEP-valid presentations, authoring some articles including one published in MetricViews. He holds a degree in Computer Engineering. He achieved the IFPUG CFPS certification in 2012, PMI-PMP in 2016, PMI-ACP in 2020.

IFPUG would like to thank Talmon for his invaluable contribution and support to IFPUG along the years as a Chair of the NFSSC and leader for the SNAP (Software Non-Functional Assessment Process) initiative, from its first APM version till its recent IEEE and ISO standardizations and extend a big welcome to Fabrizio in his new role!
